An interesting German violin bow, most likely made in Markneukirchen in the early 1900s, probably in the Bausch workshops.
It's branded Tubbs on the handle implying its modelled after James Tubbs, however we haven't seen a Tubbs bow quite like this one before! It has a very unusual, beautifully made button of ebony with a lovely nickel collar and finial. The stick is made from excellent quality pernambuco and is in excellent condition.
